MILK and Day of Silence

Hey everyone. The Milk movie permission form is right here. For some reason, the uploader is not working well with this computer, so if you could just copy and paste into a word .doc to print, please do that.

Dear Parent or Guardian,

We will be viewing Milk in our club. Milk is a 2008 American biographical film on the life of gay rights activist and politician Harvey Milk, who was the first openly gay man to be elected to public office in California, as a member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. This movie is rated R and we would like parental permission to show the video in the club.

Anyone who can't print this, talk to me. I will print ONE COPY per person if you ask me very nicely. Otherwise, please print it on your own.

As for Day of Silence, we will be working next meeting. We will be tying the badges (so we can wear them around our necks), talking about what to wear and do, creating activities for the day, designing signs, and learning about Day of Silence.
